A little about me...
I am a three time graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and currently employed by the Office of Student Activities & Leadership Development as Assistant Director. In my current role, I have broad leadership responsibility for various large campus programs and student leadership experiences that include, Welcome Weekend, the Student Activities Board, Advisor Training, and I work closely with several leadership initiatives are support our office efforts. I have served as an adjunct instructor at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and the University of Cincinnati.
Additionally, I am treasurer of the African American Alumni Affiliate- an auxiliary Alumni organization for the University of Cincinnati, a member of the Board of Directors for Foundations; The Cornerstone, chair of the Parent Committee for University of Cincinnati Early Learning Center and trustee member for the board.
I am passionate about women and leadership, my doctoral work focused on the leadership experiences of African American Women.
Originally, I hail from Lorain, Ohio, but proud to call Cincinnati home for the last 15 years! I am happily married to Lionell and we have 2 awesome children, Avery and Jackson. I live by the quote “If at first a task begun never leave it until it is done, be the labor great or small, do it well or not all”
